Residential Services

A self-directed approach to care, and individuals support team creates a customized plan to allow for new possibilities in the community. Our staff provides residents with the supports they require. These supports include ensuring their medical needs are met, they're safety, and assisting them to achieve their highest level of independence, such as:

 

• Supporting daily living activities (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, cooking, cleaning, leisure, etc.)

• providing transportation to and from their medical appointments and trips to the malls, major sports events, beaches, and local restaurant nights.

 

Integrity Living Foundation caring Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff devotes themselves to helping our residents have a meaningful interpersonal relationship while enhancing community integration and developing their skills.

Community-Based Supports

Integrity Living Foundation provides direct support for community-based activities with a trained, dedicated, caring staff. Our staff offers instruction and supervision while our residents learn and perform essential self-care, social skills, and daily activities. The team's involvement includes attending events, grocery shopping, placing orders at a restaurant, learning to prepare their meals, doing laundry, cleaning their homes, and more.

Behavioral Supports

Integrity Living Foundation works closely with our residents.  Their families are encouraged and are appropriate to address behavior during the development of behavior support plans. While we conduct a thorough assessment, we develop and implement a structured program, offering ongoing training and supervision to our Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff and continuous monitoring and reassessment of the plan.

 

Community Inclusion

Integrity Living Foundation provides numerous opportunities to adults with disabilities to stay active and engaged in the community. With recreational activities such as community festivals, bowling, small group activities, Special Olympics, amusement parks, beaches, movie theaters, agency picnics, sporting events, etc. Providing our residents approved budgets, they are paired with our staff to participate within community events.
